摘要
目的 为了解人类腰大肌的作用及其与腰曲形成的关系,选取家兔作动物实验,观察家兔腰大肌的作用与腰椎运动的关系。方法 选健康成年家兔3只,首先在全麻下观察厉肢正常位和后伸位(正常家兔的活动度范围)其腰椎曲度的X线片改变,再解剖暴露腰大肌,观察其起止点以及正常活动度的前屈后伸与腰椎活动关系.然后高度后伸后肢(模拟人体站立)状况下,观察腰大肌的紧张度和长度,并摄取X线片,再分别在切断一侧腰大肌、双侧腰大肌和保留腰大肌切断腰背肌,高度后伸后肢状况下,摄腰椎正侧位X线片变化。结果 家兔的腰大肌能带动腰椎向腹(前)向背(后)运动,高度后伸后肢腰椎刚出现向腹(前)的弯曲。
purpose: In order to understand the roll of human museulus psoas major and its relationship with the formation of lumbar curvature, we choose rabbit as experimental animal to observe the relationship between the roll of rabbits' museulus psoas major and their lumber movement. Method: Chose 3 adult healthy rabbits. First, observe the dynamitic x-ray films of rabbits' lumbar curvature with their posterior limbs in normal potential and backward-extension position (the movement range of normal rabbits) under general anesthesia, then perform anatomization to expose musculus psoas major, observe their normal start and stop points as well as the relationship between anteflexion and backward-extension within normal activity and lumber vertebral movement. And then, with posterior limbs highly backwardextended Omitating the human standing position) observe the tensity and length of museulus psoas major, take an x-ray film. Perform the cutting off of one-side musculus psoas major and the cutting off of lumbar muscles of back with musculus psoas major reserved respectively, take the x-ray film of changes in lumbar vertebra under posterior limbs being highly backwardextended. Results: the musculus psoas major of rabbit can drive its lumbar vertebra to move toward anterior abdomen and backside. With posterior limbs backwardly extended, its lumbar vertebra will present to bend toward anterior abdomen.
