摘要
在PEG-600为催化剂的固液相转移催化条件下用2-氯苯甲酰氯与硫氰酸铵及胺反应,一锅法制得N-(2-氯苯甲酰基)-N-′[5-(3-吡啶基)-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基]-硫脲Ⅲ.其结构经元素分析、1HNMR、IR和MS证实.
One - pot reaction of 2 - chlorobenzoyl chloride with ammonium thiocyanate and then amine in the presence of polyethylene glycol -600 (PEG -600) as the PTC catalyst yielded N - (2 -chlorobenzoyl) -N′ - [ 5 - (3-pyridyl) -1,3,4 -thiadiazol-2 -yl] -thiourea Ⅲ in good yield. Its structure was confirmed by elementary analysis, MS, IR and ^1H NMR spectroscopy.
