摘要
目的:对容量法测定诺氟沙星薄膜衣片含量的不确定度作出评定。方法:①建立数学模型,找出产生不确定度的各种成分;②估计这些成分的标准不确定度;③综合这些成分的标准不确定度;④计算扩展不确定度。结果:建立了容量法测定诺氟沙星薄膜衣片含量的数学模型,推导出不确定度的计算公式并计算各分量的不确定度,最后计算出合成不确定度。结论:本实验误差来源以标定0.1 m o l/L HC lO4浓度和滴定管误差为主(B类),基准物质的误差可以忽略不计。
Object : To establish a method for evaluating the uncertainty of assay of norfloxacin membrane tablets.Method: 1) Establish the mathematics model and find those components of causing uncertainty; 2) Estimate the standard uncertainty of these components; 3) Synthesize those standard uncertainty; 4) Calculate the composed uncertainty. Result :A mathematic model for the assay of norfloxacin membrane tablets was established. The calculation formula was deduced and each component's uncertainty was calculated through analyzing the various variables among the procedures.The combined uncertainty was finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables. Conclusion:In this experiment, errors mainly came from standardize of 0. 1mol/L HClO4 concentration and that of titration tube, the error of base matter can be neglected.
