摘要
在为用挤压工艺生产快门壳而进行的工艺试验中,为了控制这种复杂多台阶空心零件复合挤压正、反挤方向的变形量,采用了改变润滑条件和凹模圆角的工艺措施,得到了预期的效果.从而为确定类似空心零件挤压生产工艺参数提供了一种简便而行之有效的方法.
In the test of extrusion which proceeded for the production of the shutter shell. To control the extruded deformation quantity of positive and negative extrusion,we changed the friction condition and the radius of the negative-mold, and the result was satisfying. As a result ,a feasible simple method to determine the param-ete of extrusion with the similar hollow part is provided.
