摘要 由国家自然科学基金委员会信息科学部等6个单位主办,《光电子.激光》杂志编辑部承办的首届全国光子晶体及其应用学术交流与发展战略研讨会,于2004年9月18-22日在天津理工大学召开。来自全国55所高校和研究单位的约260名专家出席了会议。会议展示了我国近年光子晶体基础理论、光子晶体设计与制备、光子晶体和光子晶体光纤功能器件及其应用等诸多领域所取得的重要进展和研究成果,并对今后光子晶体研究的发展战略进行了专题研讨,提出了相关建议。 The symposium on photonic crystals and applications sponsored by Information Science Department,National Natural Science Foundation of China,was held on 18-22 September 2004 in Tianjin,China. More than two hundreds and sixty scientists from 55 universities and institutes have attended the symposium. The conference shows the important developments photonic crystal researches, including the base theories, the designs and preparations as well as the functional devices, etc. And the development plans for the future were also discussed.
