摘要
详细研究了磁性材板保护层的形成过程和影响因素．结果表明，在保护层的形成过程中，介质是形成保护层的关键，它首先被吸附形成保护层的骨架，之后是矿物颗粒的填充密实加固保护层，介质和物料的变化影响保护层的厚度和强度．
The forming and ito influencing faCtors of the protective layer on magnetic liners were investigated. The results showed that,in. the course of the protective layer forming,ball media were the key and preferentially attracted to frame tEe protective layer,and then mineral particles were filled into the gaps among media to consolidate the protective layer.Madia and processed material had great influence on the protective layer.
