摘要
随着知识管理概念的兴起,知识管理研究呈现出发散状趋势,给人一种理论“丛林”的感觉。对组织知识管理学特性的不同认识是形成理论“丛林”的主要原因。本文通过文献研究,根据对知识特性的认识和研究焦点的不同,将知识管理理论分为工程学派、过程学派、实体学派和系统学派。
With the rising of concept of knowledge management, studies of knowledge management tend to be radiating, and this phenomenon looks just like a ′jungle′ of theories. The ′jungle′ results from different understanding to organizational knowledge′s management characteristics. In light of the understanding to knowledge characteristics and research focus, this paper categorizes knowledge management theories into four schools: engineering school, process school, substantiality school and system school.
