老年戊型肝炎的临床特点分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的为了解老年戊型肝炎的临床表现特点,为进一步认识戊肝提供依据。方法对鞍山市传染病医院2001年1月～2004年6月间收治的老年戊型肝炎46例进行了临床表现、血液生化检查结果、预后等资料并与中青年组对比分析。结果老年戊型肝炎临床症状重;黄疸发生率高且多伴淤胆;夹杂症较多影响到患者疾病的恢复,并发症多见,死亡率高。结论临床医师对患者须依据其临床特点做到早期诊断,早期医治,综合治疗以使患者早日康复。
