摘要
在不发达地区,旅游产业政策有其形成、运用和发展的特殊背景和基础,有其突出的地位和作用,表现在旅游产业政策是不发达地区加快旅游产业发展、调控旅游产业运行的主要手段。不发达地区旅游产业政策的目标追求是广泛而全面的,既有经济目标,又有非经济目标。非经济目标包括社会目标、文化目标和资源环境目标。围绕目标取向,不发达地区旅游产业政策的内容应是一个包括产业促进政策、产业调控政策、产业配套政策、社会文化政策和资源环境政策在内的统一框架。
：Since the beginning of 1990＇s, the tourism industry has been developed under the governing in China. The policy of tourism has been on the agenda for accelerating the development of tourism in underdeveloped areas which have a special growth in tourism industry. The objects of the policy tend towards economic, social, cultural and environmental scale to be benefit the development of the underdeveloped areas. There are different kinds of policy which includes the policy for development of tourism, the policy for adjustment of market, the policy for community development and the policy for conservation of nature resources and cultural heritages.
