摘要
利用恒容静态平衡法,测定了包覆用氟橡胶-乙酸乙酯-CO2三元体系不同组成相应的临界温度和压力;以此为制备工艺参数确定的依据,将超临界流体反溶剂过程用于制备含3-硝基-1,2,4-三唑-5-酮(NTO)的高聚物粘结炸药,所得产品经组分分析、性能测试、吸光度的测量、红外光谱分析、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段,验证了该技术和工艺的可行性。
The critical temperature and pressure of fluororubber-ethyl acetate-CO2 ternary system are investigated by the static visual method at constant volume. On the basis of the results, NTO based polymer bonded explosive (PBX) is prepared by supercritical fluid anti-solvent method. The feasibility of the technique and the technology is validated by means of the sample component analysis,performance testing, absorbance testing, infrared spectra and SEM etc.
