摘要
教学质量监控对教学质量的稳定提高起着非常重要的作用.当前,在招生规模扩大,管理难度增加的情况下,应实现教学质量监控由注重宏观向关注微观转变,由抓终末质量向抓过程质量转变,由重视教师的教向重视学生的学转变,由监控不封闭向监控封闭转变,由不定期监控向常规监控转变,只有这样才能收到良好的监控效果,达到稳定和提高教学质量的目的.
Control of teaching quality plays a very important role in the stable improvement of teaching quality. In light of the expanded student recruitment and increased difficulty in management, the focus should be shifted in the following aspects:from macro-control of teaching quality to micro-control, from end quality to process quality, from teaching to learning, from unclosedin control to closed-in control, and from irregular control to routine control. Only in this way can good results be achieved and quality of teaching be stabilized and improved.
