摘要
研究了草酸铁(Ⅱ)热分解-丁醇还原法制备四氧化三铁的工艺条件,产物经TEM、S射线衍射、B-H仪和磁天平等手段,测定了颗粒的平均粒径、物相结构和磁性能,产物随反应条件不同其平均粒径在1000~3000nm之间,比饱和磁化强度达120μW_b·m·kg ̄(-1)。
Abstract On the process condition of preparing Fe_3O_4 with heat decomposition and reduction of butanol was studied.The average diameter of particles,phase structure and magnetic properties of prod-uct were measured bv TEM,XRD,B-H andmagnetic balance. It was discovered that the av-erage diameter of product effected by reaction condition is between 1000nm and 3000nm.Ratio saturated magnetizing strength is 120μW_bm.kg ̄(-1).
