摘要 本文根据乙醇在Cu/ZnO/Al_2O_3催化剂上脱氢制乙酸乙酯工艺研究数据,对反应过程的主、副反应特征进行论述。主反应机理为脱氢一综合机理,控制步骤为乙醛缩合。吸附态乙醛起重要贡献。还对副产物丙酮、丁酮、醋酸、乙醚等生成途径进行了讨论。 Abstract Characteristics of the main and side reac-tions during thereaction have been interpreted inaccordance with the process research data of syn-thesis of ethvl acetate from ethanol through de-hydrogenation on the CV/ZnO/Al_2O_3 catalyst.The reaction mec hanizm is supposed to be dehy-drogenation-condensation mechanism and thecontrOl step is supposed to be condensation reac-tion of acetaldehyde,The adsorbed acetaldehydeplayed a major role during condensation and theconcentration of gaseous state acetaldehyde issupposed to be pseudo zero level.The possibleways of forming all kinds of by-products havebeen discussed.
