摘要
钛层柱粘土(Ti-PILC)首次用于液相催化环己酮经氨肟化直接合成环己酮肟,氨肟化反应性能取决于制备Ti-PILC时钛源的选择和催化剂的孔结构。选择合适的反应条件,如反应介质、反应物投料比和催化剂量可进一步提高肟的选择性。
The direct Liquid-Phase catalyzed synthesis of cyclohexanone oxime with titanium Pillared clay (Ti-PILC)as the catalyst by ammoximation from the cyclohexanone,ammonia and hydrogen peroxide is first re-pared in this paper. The performance of ammoximation is depend on the selection of titanium source for preparation of Ti-PILC and the pore structure of catalyst. The suitable selection of reaction conditions,such as the reaction media,the ratio of reactant feed and the ammount of Ti-PILC.can further increase the selec-tioe transformation of cyclohexanone to oxime.
