摘要
当今大学外语教学改革已经把外语教学质量评估体制推到了必须变革的边缘。如何构建具有中国特色,适应新时期发展的教学质量评估体系,成为外语教学必须面对的课题。大学外语教学评估流程是以“流程观”为突破口,提出“评估流程”新理念,变革传统外语教学在应试教育背景下静态、封闭的教学质量评估模式,重新改造和重新设计评估体系,再造大学外语教学质量评估流程。
College English reform calls for the change of teaching quality appraisal, however, the problem is how to develop a new appraisal system that is suitable for the new century. Therefore, this article, employing College English Process Re-engineering, attempts to make some changes of the old and closed quality appraisal and rebuilt a new one.
