摘要
采用升温红外光谱分析法,探讨了熔纺氨纶废丝在升温过程中分子链断裂的机理。在此基础上,提出在磷酸三乙酯介质中,以乙酰胺对废丝进行热降解,使其获得重新加工的性能的方法。进一步,将降解产物与新鲜的聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)混合,然后与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)进行反应,制成了再生聚氨酯薄膜。
In this paper melt-spun polyurethane fiber waste has been thermo-degraded in triethylene phosphonate by adding acetamide. The influences of reaction time and reaction temperature on the degree of degradation have been studied. The results show that the melt-spun polyurethane fiber waste can obtain the re-process ability by this method. The proper thermo- degradation condition is 170℃, 30min. The recycled polyurethane film has been synthesized by mixing the degraded product with fresh PTMG and then reacting with TDI. The tensile strength of the recycled polyurethane film is about 2~4 times higher than that of the degraded product. The initial weight loss of the recycled film is about 220℃. With the increasing of degraded product content, the temperatures of the initial weight loss decrease.
