摘要
采用了多因素回归正交设计的方法进行了一种难加工材料的车削实验,在给出实验模型和数学推导的基础上,借助于作者设计的计算机软件,高效完成了上述有关工作并建立了该材料切削力的数学模型,为今后的切削加工过程数值模拟以优化切削用量和刀具的结构设计和几何参数的选择奠定了基础。
A turning experiment for kind of difficult-cut-material are made by means of recursive orthogonal method. On the basis of experimental model given and mathematic manipulation, above work is completed and mathematic model is established with the help of the computer software programmed by author. So the research will give the help for further cutting progress simulation to optimize the cutting parameters and structure design and choice of the geometric parameters.
