同正己烷、6 ̄#油相比,SOT溶剂体系具有更好的从废次烟叶中和已萃取过尼古丁的烟渣中萃取茄尼醇和其它物质的能力,特别是对烟叶中精油的萃取能力。SOT溶剂体系萃取茄尼醇的能力比6 ̄#油、正已烷高14%~15%,溶剂回收率高7%~9%(对烟渣萃取)和18%~22%(对废次烟叶萃取)。对茄尼醇精油类的回收率无论对烟渣还是废次烟叶、室温或加热条件下,均远远高于6 ̄#油和正己烷。SOT溶剂体系有可能取代现有工艺中的6 ̄#油或正己烷,它不但增加了茄尼醇的回收率,还提供了回收烟叶中精油的新方法。
Compared with the solvent-hexane or 6 ̄# oil,the SOT solvent has better ability to extract solanesol and other useful materials from abando-ned tobacco leaves and dross from which nicotine had been extracted,particu-larly, the ability to extract the fine oil of tobacco. SOT provides 14%~15% increase in extraction of solanesol and7%~9%increase( for dross)or 18%~22%increase(for abandoned tobacco leaves)in recovery of solvent. The recovery of fine oil from tobacco is much higher using SOT solvent than using hexane or 6 ̄# oil in any case both under ambient temperature or heating conditions. It is possible for SOT solvent to replace hexane or 6 ̄#oil in pre-sent industry. It not only increases the recovery of solanesol, but also pro-vides a new method of recovery of original fine oil of tobacco.
