摘要
在同分异构原理指导下筛选出的苯甲羟肟酸是细粒黑钨矿的有效捕收剂,与组合抑制剂AD配合使用,可使细粒黑钨矿与萤石、方解石等含钙矿物有效分离。浮选工业试验结果表明,对于含WO_31.94%,CaF_260.35%,CaCO_39.77%的给矿,用组合抑制剂AD和以苯甲羟肟酸为主的混合捕收剂BH,经一粗三扫五精流程选别,可获得含WO_352.77%的浮选精矿,作业回收率达68.32%。
Benzylhydroximic acid,screened out under the guidance of principle of iso- merism,is an effective collector for fine wolframite. In combination with AD compouiid de- pressant,it can separate effectively fine wolfamite from calcium-bearing minerals,such as fluorite,calcite and so on. In the flowsheet consisting of one-stage rough flotation,three- stage scavenging flotation and five-stage cleaning flotation,separation of feed containing 1.94% WO_3,60.35% CaF_2 and 9.77%CaCO_3 was carried out using AD compound depres- sant and BH combined collector consisting mainly of benzylhydroximic acid,obtaining flota-tion concentrate containing 52.77%WO_3,and a recovery of 68.32%.
