摘要
测定麦蚜为害后对小麦产量和品质的影响，结果表朗：麦蚜为害后，可使小麦穗粒数减少18．60％，千粒重下降45．24％，机位数达到30．19％。为害性表现为小麦灌浆前期六于灌浆中后期。小麦灌浆后期，由于蚜虫的为害，面粉中的氨基酸总量和主要氨基酸含量、维生素B1和维生素C含量明显下降。
