摘要
用(NH4)2SiF6二次合成法制备了si/Al比不同的FSY样品,再经500℃水热处理制得相应的US-SY系列样品,用XRD技术测定诸样品的晶胞参数α0和相对结晶度;用DTA分别测定脱水峰温和晶格崩塌峰温;以IR法测定其骨架振动谱带。结果表明总Si/Al=3.9~7.1的FSY系列样品及相应的US-SY系列样品随Si/Al增大,晶胞参数依次缩小,与NH4Y及USY相比有较高的结晶度和热稳定性及骨架稳定性。系列US-SY样品以US-SY(5.7)具有最佳结构参数。
Faujasite zeolites with different Si/Al ratios (FSY=3. 9 ̄7. 1) were prepared by secondary synthesis with (NH4)2SiF6. Corresponding US-SY (4.2 ̄ 7.1) samples are obtained by FSY (4.2 ̄ 7.1) series samples after 500℃ hydrothermal treatment. Comparision with NH4Y and USY; these zeolites have higher crystallinity and thermal stability; the relations among crystal collapse temperature, unit cells constants, IR asymmetric stretch frequency and Al/(Al+Si ) ratios of these zeolites have been described. The US-SY (5.7) zeolite possesses excellent structure parameters and stability.
