2-[2-苯骈噻唑偶氮]-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸吸光光度法测定微量铜研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了新显色剂2-[2-苯骈噻唑偶氮]-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸[简称BTAEB]与铜的显色反应。试验结果表明,在PH3.5~6.5范围内及丙酮存在下,Cu9Ⅱ)与BATEB形成一稳定的蓝色配合物,其组成比为1∶1,最大吸收波长为655 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.9×10^4,铜浓度在0~25μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律,该方法灵敏度高、选择性好。应用于铝合金和工业污水中微量铅的测定。 The colour reaction of copper( Ⅱ ) with 2 [2 benzothiazolylazo]-5 diethylaminobenzoic acid(BTAEB) was stud ied. In the presence of acetone,copper( Ⅱ ) reacts with BTAEB to form a stable blue complex at pH 3. 5-6.5,The molar ratio of copper( Ⅱ ) to BTAEB of the complex is found to be 1 : 1. The complex shows an absorbance maximum at 655nm,ancl its appar cnt molar absorptivity is 5.9× 104 L, ?mo-1 ?cm-1. Beer' s Law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-25μg Cu( Ⅱ )/25ml. The method is highly sensitive and relatively selective. It was applied to the determination of copper in aluminium alloy and indus trial effluent with statisfactory results.
