摘要
熔池混合特性是反映钢包内成分和温度混匀快慢的能力。本文采用水力学模型法进行了研究。结果表明,在ANS-OB钢包中,熔池均匀混合的时间受底吹流量和浸罩深度影响很大。采用直通多微孔型透气砖略比狭缝型优越。对于110t钢包,浸罩深度应控制在100~200mm范围内,底吹流量相应控制在10~18m ̄3小范围内,其熔池时间可<3min。110t钢包内熔池混合时间,当h/H=0.039~0.1077时,可由下式近似计算:
The mxing characteristics in the bath is able to reflect the capability of the mixing rate of the components and the temperature in ladle. The mixing characteristics are studied by means of hydraulic model in this paper. The results show that the mixing time in the bath is great-ly influenced by the flow rate of the bottom) stirring gas and the depth of the sinking snorkel,and muti-hole plug is more effective on mixing than that of slits plug in ANS-OB ladle. The bath mix-ing time is able to be lower than 3 min when the sinking snorkel is in depth of 100~200mm and the stirring gas is in flow,rate of 10~18 m ̄3/h.The approximate formula of the bath mixing time in the 110t ANS-OB ladle is as below:when h/H=O.03p~0. 1077 there is τ_(ANS)=4.5 +2559Q (h/H) ̄0.5
