摘要
本文提出了包含４因素（数量、种类、价格、营养）的综合评价指标—均衡度指数，详细介绍了均衡度指数的计算方法。并以辽宁省的４个代表性城市（沈阳、大连、丹东、锦州）为研究对象，定量分析了蔬菜周年供应状况的改善程度，探讨了周年供应水平提高与菜源结构的关系。
Abstract The comprehensive evaluation criterion-equilibrium index of involvement four factor(quanti-ty,kinds ,price,nutrient)were raised,the calculative method of eqilibrium index was introduced. A study was made in four representative cities of Liaoning Province(Shenyang,Dalian, Dan-dong,Jinzhou),the improvement degrees of vegetable whole-year-supply situation were anal-ysed, the relation between whole-year-supply and vegetable-source structure were discussde.
