蔬菜周年均衡供应评价指标的研究

摘要 本文提出了包含4因素(数量、种类、价格、营养)的综合评价指标—均衡度指数,详细介绍了均衡度指数的计算方法。并以辽宁省的4个代表性城市(沈阳、大连、丹东、锦州)为研究对象,定量分析了蔬菜周年供应状况的改善程度,探讨了周年供应水平提高与菜源结构的关系。 Abstract The comprehensive evaluation criterion-equilibrium index of involvement four factor(quanti-ty,kinds ,price,nutrient)were raised,the calculative method of eqilibrium index was introduced. A study was made in four representative cities of Liaoning Province(Shenyang,Dalian, Dan-dong,Jinzhou),the improvement degrees of vegetable whole-year-supply situation were anal-ysed, the relation between whole-year-supply and vegetable-source structure were discussde.
