摘要
利用1株休哈塔假丝酵母R(CandidashehataeR)在“限制性供氧”条件下对含固形物15.o%~16.0%、高浓度发酵抑制物和富含戊糖的亚硫酸盐制浆废液进行了酒精发酵研究。废液经石灰中和预处理以后,在38±1℃、500mL发酵罐、空气流量2.5L/L·H、原糖33.44g/L的条件下发酵,糖利用率为92.5%,酒精浓度12.70g/L,得率为0.41g酒精/g消耗的糖,是理论得率的85.3%。与传统的酿酒酵母(Saccharomycescerevisiae)相比,发酵同种废液时糖利用率和酒精产量分别是酿酒酵母的2.41和2.44倍。
Pentose-rich hard-wood spent sulfite liquor(SSL)containing high solids,high levels of in-hibitors was fermented to ethanol in oxygen-limited condition with a pentose-fermenting yeast Candidashehatae R. The SSL was neutralized with calcium hydroxide to pH5.0.Fermentation was carried out at 38 土1℃ in 500 mL fermentor with an air flow rate of 2.5L/L·h The fermentation in 34 h at original con-centration of sugars 33.44g/L resulted in 92.5%sugar consumption,12.70 g/L ethanol concentration,0.41 g ethanol/g sugar consumed,and ethanol yield 85.3% of theoretical. Compared with the ordinary baker′s yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae,the sugar consumption and the ethanol yield of Candida shehate Rfermentation were 2.41 and 2.44 times of the former respectively.
