摘要
本文运用同工酶电泳技术对樟子松(PinussylvestrisL.varmngolicaLitv)天然群体的遗传结构进行了研究,分析了4个群体、3个酶系统(GOT.MDH.EST)的5个位点。结果表明:樟子松群体具有较高的变异水平,所有位点的平均期望杂合度He为0.44;多态位点百分率P为87.5%;每个位点的等位基因平均数为2.38;樟子松群体内分化程度较大,群体间分化较小。群体内变异为95.4%,群体间变异为4.6%。漠河群体、十八站群体、高峰群体与红花尔基群体间的遗传分化明显。
Abstract This paper descvies the genetic structure of nataral population for Pinus sylvestris Var.mongolica,and analyses 5 loci in 4 poplations and 3 systems of enzyme.The sesult shows that the levels of variation is higher.The average expected heterozygosity of all loci is 0.44.The perent age of loci polymosphism is 87.5%.The average numler of allele per loci s 2.38.The degre of differentiation within populations is lower,and among the popultions less,lut the differentiation omong shihazhan,Gaofeng(from Jinshan) and Honghuasji Population is conspicuous.
