摘要
对局灶性内囊梗塞病人进行正中神经体感诱发电位顶、中央前成份研究，结果提示单纯运动障碍组均表现为中央前成份异常，单纯感觉障碍组均表现为顶成份异常，混合障碍组顶、中央前成份均异常。结果证实了一种感觉投射新模式即电刺激外周神经后冲动到丘脑腹侧后外侧核，经多道（至少部份是独立的）投射系统投射到顶中央前回皮层，对研究人脑感觉信息处理过程可能提供某些有益的电生理学依据。
Abstract The parietal and precentral components of median nerve somatosensory evoked potential were recorded in 20 patients with focal infarct of internal capsule.Ten with simple motor disturbance showed abnormality of precentral component.four with simple aensory disturbance showed abnormality of parietal component,and six with both motor and sensory disturbances showed both parietal and precentral abnormalities.It was concluded that sensory projection might provide certain favorable electrophysiological evidences for studying the treating process of human brain sensory messages.
