摘要
利用ＣＳ３０００血细胞分离机对４例巨球蛋白血病行血浆置换疗法。每次置换量为２５００～３０００ｍｌ，共进行１７次血浆置换。血浆置换前后测定下述指标：Ｈｂ、Ｈｃｔ、ＷＢＣ、ｐｌａｔ、ＥＳＲ、血清免疫球蛋白（ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ）。结果显示每次血资料置换后血清ＩｇＭ平均下降３３．３％，血浆置换量与血清ＩｇＭ水平呈负相关。在同等量置换情况下，置换前血清ＩｇＭ水平越高，置换后血清ＩｇＭ下降越明显。作者根据结果对血浆置换治疗原发性巨球蛋白血症适应证及治疗方法进行了讨论。
A patients suffering from waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia were treated with plasma exchamge(PEE).The dual chamber contionus instrument(CS-3000 Blood Cell Separator,Fenwal Laboratories,Deefied,IL)was used and the amount of plasmapheresis was from 2500 tO 3 000 ml each time 17 timea of PE were carried out.Before and after plasma exchange the following parameters were determined:Hb,Hct,WBC,plat,ESR,serum immune globin(IgA,IgG,IgM).The result had showm that there was 33.3%(medium)drop in serum IgM each PE and negative correlation between the level of serum IgM and the amouunt of pklasmapheresis.The more the serum IgM before PE increased the less IgM after PE Decreased.
