摘要
开发出一种ＭＪ＿３有机粘结剂，其粘结力强，价格不高。将ＭＪ＿３与膨润土组成复合粘结剂用于鹤岗高挥发分烟煤成型取得了小试与扩大试验的成功，制出了机械强度较高、防水的型煤，还用１０ｔ型煤在煤气发生炉上进行了气化，能正常地产出燃料气。
An organic binder MJ_3 for coal briquette which has strong sticky character and is not expensive was developed in this study.It has been tested suc- cessfully to use MJ_3 in conjunction with bentonite to produce briquette from high volatile bituminous fine coal of Hegang coal-mine in bench and pilot test.This kind of briquette has higher mechanical strength and waterproof character,10 tons of briquettes have been gasified normally in a gas producer to produce fuel gas.
