介绍了根据可靠性理论研制的备用机械密封的工作原理;给出了密封设计的计算公式;根据试验结果得出了节流环与轴、静环的最佳配合尺寸,找出了静环外侧 O形圈的适宜压弹量。
The standby mechanical seal system is developed according to reliability theory.The working principle of standby seal is expounded.The design procedure and calculation formulas of standby seal are given.The fittest sizes of throttle ring with shaft and stationary ring are eoucluded.The appropriate'compressed quantity of O-ring outside stationary ring is found.The predicat- ed values are indentieal with their actual values of the activate pressure.
