摘要
本文介绍了利用光干涉原理对弹性流体动力润滑进行研究的新型试验台.从光干涉的基本理论入手,分别介绍了光学、调速、温度控制及加载测力等系统的设计及工作原理.使用该设备不仅可以对各种磨擦副流体润滑的油膜形成机理、油膜变化过程进行高精度的测试、观察和记录,还可以对各种润滑油(脂)的物理特性进行深入研究.
In this paper,a new type test bed of elastie fluid dynamics lubrication is dealed with by means of light interference principle. Based on the basic theory of light interference,the system design and working principle of optics,speed and temperature control,measuring force on load and so on, are separately introduced.Using this instrument,not only the oil layer forming mechanism of all kindS of friction fluid lubracation and changing process can be measured with high accuracy,observed and recorded, but also the physical character of various oils(grease)can be dealy researched.
