摘要
作者对三年前曾经注射过高价人抗HBs(Abi)的11名健康志愿者复查血清内的HBsAg,抗独特型抗体(Ab_2)和抗-抗-独特型抗体(Abs)水平,发现HBsAg皆为阴性,Abs水平高于Ab_2,说明在这三年期间,无人感染乙肝病毒。由于Ab_1在体内激活了免疫网络,导致Ab_2和Ab_3在体内相互调节,使机体处于稳定的免疫状态,再次证明了外源性人抗HBs在一定条件下,不仅可引起被动免疫,还可诱导主动免疫。
In this report, the regulative effect of the human anti-HBs was studled in humanbody. 103health volunteers were injected with high titre human anti-Hbs(Ab_1) three years ago, 11 cases were followedto detect the HBsAg, anti-idiotypic anti-bodies(Ab_2 ) and anti-anti-idiotypic antibodies(Ab_3) in sera,Wefound that nobody was infected HBV during this period, and usually the titre of Ab_3 were higher than that ofAb_2. These results reconfirmed that the dynamic changes between Ab_2 and Ab_3 of immune sera were to becyclical by way of their interaction,injection of exogenous human anti-HBs not only could bring about passiveimmunity but also could induce active immunity by activation of idiotyplc network in humanbody.
