摘要
用大肠杆菌内毒素复制家兔发热模型,观察大黄对家兔发热和发热时脑脊液cAMP含量的影响。结果:大黄组发热效应明显低于对照组,表明大黄对家兔内毒素性发热有明显的抑制作用;大黄组家兔脑脊液cAMP含量明显低于对照组,与发热效应一致,提示大黄对发热的影响很可能是通过影响中枢介质cAMP含量而实现的。
We made our rabbits on the experimental models of pyrexia by using the endotoxin of E coli, and the effects of Rhubarb on both the symptom of fever and cAMP content in CSF of these rabbits were observed. The result showed that the feverish symptom in the group treated with Rhubarb was far less severe than that of the control group, which indicated that this medicinal herb was able to arrest the fever caused by the endotoxin obviously, and coincidently the cAMP content in CSF of the treated group was far less than that of the control group. This suggests that the suppressive effect of rhubarb on fever may be achieved by changing the content of the chemical transmitter (cAMP) in tne central nervous system.
