摘要
使纸浆造纸废液自然发酵,用经过发酵的木素,按常规的制胶工艺制取木素酚醛树脂胶,并研究其胶合性能。
Many reports of the Ugnin-based adhesive have been presented in the world.As conditions are different in different countries,sulfire lignin has been much more studied abroad than alkali lignin. There are two methods to produce the lignin-based adhesive.One is by using the concentrated black liquor directly to substitute partial phenol;The other is by conducting a pretreatment to lignin,either chemically or phisically.The chemical pretreatment means hydroxymethylating. Phenol hydroxying and dealkalizating.etc.,which activates the lignin fragments and increases the lignin's reactivities to phenol and formadehyde.The physical method is largely by ultra-filtration.The ultra-filtrated film separates low-molecular lignins and retains high-molecular ones so that the water-proof capability of the adhesive increases. In this tudy,the pretreatment of lignin is different in that the fermentation method is applied with fermented lignin,lignin-based phenolic glue can be produced by conventional techniques.This paper has also studied the binding properties of this type of adhesive.
