摘要
以浸胶竹席力表层，涂胶竹帘为内层，用＂热进──热出＂的热压方式压制竹质混凝土模板，并探索热压要素：压力、温度、时间对板材的物理力学性能的影响，经分析得出合适的生产工艺，以指导实际生产。
This Paper deals with the building of bamboo concrete shuttering. It is assembled by bamboomat impregnated with adhesives as surface layer and bamboo curtain spreed with adhesives as interiorlayer, then it is hot pressed and pulled out from hot press through pressing. Furthermore, the hot pressing indexes are studied such as pressure, tempereture and time influences on the shutterins's physicaland mechanical properties. By means of critical analysis, applicable production techniques are determined.
