摘要
采用三龄幼虫点滴法,于1990~1993年连续4年对位于冀、鲁、豫三省交界处抗性中心区的山东省阳谷县棉铃虫的抗药性进行了系统监测(每年测定田间第二、四代,每代测定8个药剂).结果表明:该县棉铃虫对氰戊菊酯的抗性水平最高(40.5~542.8倍),对溴氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、甲氰菊酯、顺式氰戊菊酯和灭多威处于中等抗性水平(10~50倍),对久效磷为低水平抗性(<5倍)。文中还讨论了该县棉铃虫抗药性发生、发展的特点,并就中国棉铃虫抗药性治理策略提出了一些设想。
Successive resistance monitoring of Helicoverpa armigera in Yanggu County, Shandong Province was carried out from 1990 to 1993 by the topical application of the 3rd instar larvae. Eight conventional insecticideswere tested in the second and fourth generations in the cotton field each year. The results indicated the cotton bollworm of this county had the highest level resistance (40. 5 to 542. 8 fold) fenvalerate, the medium level resistance (about 10 to 50 fold) to deltamethrin, cyhalothrin, fenpropathrin, esfenvalerate and methomyl and the low level resistanc to monocrotophos (< 5fold). The characteristics of resistance development in this county and some tactics restraining resistance in cotton bollworms were also discussed.
