摘要
本试验以掖单4号春玉米为试验材料,通过不同施肥处理,系统地研究了春玉米磷素营养的吸收、积累、分配和转移规律。结果表明,磷的吸收与生育进程间呈S形曲线变化;磷的吸收速度在生育期间呈单峰曲线变化,其峰值在出苗后78d左右,时值散粉期;每生产100kg籽粒需吸收P_2O_51.05kg;磷素在各器官的分配随生长中心转移而变化,小喇叭口期之前主要分配在叶片中,小喇叭口至散粉期主要分配在叶片、基秆中,散粉之后其分配中心转向果穗,供籽粒生长发育。
This experiment studied the pattern of absorption,accumulation,distri-bution and translocation of P with Yedan No,4 of spring maize in four different fertiliz-er application treatments.The results showed that the speed of P absorption was a sin-gle peak curve. The peak value was 78d or so after seedling emerged,it was just duringflowering stage. 1.05kg P_2O_5 was required per 100kg kernels.Distribution of P in differ-ent organs changed with the change of growth centre,Before floral differentiation inmale ear,p mainly distributed in leaf blade,From floral differentiation in male ear toflowering,P mainly distributed in leaf blade and stem. Later,female ear,became P dis-tribution centre for kernels development.
