摘要
本文用偏光显微镜、激光散射及旋转粘度汁等技术,较系统地检测了经受不同热处理时间的新配制的海藻酸钠水溶液的行为。发现溶液分层、各向异性和粘度等特性都发生规律性变化:前二者随热处理时间增加而加速、加大,并表现出明显的液晶行为;后者则逐渐降低。
The behaviors of aqueous solution of alginate (AG) undergone heating for different time were determined by polarizing microscope, laser light scattering and rotation viscometer and so on. The regular variances of layer separation ,anisotropic and viscosity of aqueous solution have been measured for AG undergone heating: the former two accelarating.increasing ,and the more obviously liquid behavior; the latter decreasing the viscosity with heating AG for the longer time.
