摘要 本文报道了我国典型饮水型地氟病区—吉林省不同地貌地氟病区饮水含氟量对机体作用的剂量——反应关系。结果表明饮水氟含量与氟骨症和氟斑牙的患病率及人群的尿氟排泄量之间存在着明显的剂量反应关系。不同的水氟浓度还对儿童生长发育有一定的影响。未发现饮水高氟对人脑功能状态有不良的影响。 The paper reports a dose-respons relationship between F concentration in drinking water and the effect on body in typical drink-water pattern of endemic flourosis area. The research results showed that there was a obvious dose-respons relationship between F concentration in drinking water and morbidity rate of skeletal flourosis and dental flourosis. The coefficient of correlation were 0.9401, 0.9463 respectively. We also found there was a evident possitive correlation between the excretion of urinary flouride and F content in drinking water. Different F concentrations of drinking water have an effect on the growth of children.But we have not found high-flouride water has an untoward effect on human brain.
