摘要
本文观察16例氟病区人工引产妊娠6—8个月的胎儿。结果显示胎儿组织和器官氟含量明显升高,尤其是脑、颅骨和股骨。超徵结构可见脑皮质神经细胞中线粒体、粗面内质网和游离核糖体减少,粗面内质网肿胀。表明发育中的脑皮质神经细胞是氟靶器官之一。
In an endemic area 16 fetuses that were delivered during their sixth to eighth month of gestation by means of artifcial abortion were collected and studied.The results show that fluorine levels iin tissuses and organs of fetuses areobviously high, especially in brain, clalvarium and femur. Activity of alkaline phospahtase in femur kidney were raised. By observation of the ultrastructure of samples, the number of mitochondria rough-surfaced endoplasmic reticulum and. free ribosome in neurons of cerebral cotex were reduced, rough-surfaced endoplasmic reticulum was obviously dilatedThose indicate that the neurons of cerebral cotex in developing may be mad eone of target for fluorine.
