高碘地方性甲状腺肿发病机理的实验研究 被引量:27

摘要 本实验历时360天分六批观察了小鼠甲状腺形态、功能及超微结构的改变,结果表明:在低碘甲状腺肿形成的整个过程中,血清 T_4处于低水平,TSH 水平较高,光镜和电镜下组织象呈现活跃增生状态,与以往报告结果一致。而在高碘甲状腺肿形成的整个过程中,血清 T_4从未降低,TSH 与对照组相近,组织象处于相对稳定状态,从未观察到受 TSH 刺激而出现的组织活跃增生现象。故高碘地甲肿是在高碘情况下,甲状腺合成了较多的甲状腺激素,通过机体自动调节,将合成的大量激素贮存积滞在甲状腺滤泡腔中,最终形成了胶质性甲状腺肿。 We divided the experimental mice into low,median and high iodine goiter,and observed the morphologic picture,ultrastructure and the thyroid function on20th day,50th day,100th day,140th day,180th day,and 360th day.These findings showed that in iodine deficiency group,the serum T4 was lower,the serum TSH was higher,the thyroid hyperplasia was more lively that in iod-ine median group.Whereas in high iodine group,the serum T4 was than not lower,the serum TSH was not higher and the thyroid hyperplasia was lesser than that iniodine median group.These findings were consistent with that result of epidemi-ologic investigations.According to these experimental data,we suggested that themechanism of iodine-excess endemic goiter is not resulting from the lower serumT4,the higher serum TSH which stimulated the hyperplasia of thyroid tissue,but is resulting from a large quantity of thyroglobulin deposited in the lumina offollicles.Finally,the lumina of follicle enlarged and colloid goiter formed.
