摘要
在恩施高硒区及其邻近,选择相对高、中及低硒水平的三个观察点。经一年的观察测出居民硒的平均日摄入量和组织、血及尿中硒的平均含量间的相关关系。根据指甲症状的出现及生化指标如凝血酶原时间和硒在血中分布的变化,找出界限血硒含量在0.9~1.02μg/ml 范围,再用回归方程计算出相应的界限日摄入量范围为 750—850μg,取用不同安全因子后得出高硒地区最大安全摄入量近550μg/日,而一般地区近400μg/日。
Three sites of different Se states were chosen either in or near the selenife-rous area in Enshi.Correlationships between average daily Se intake and Secontent in tissues,blood and urine were established after one year's observationon the inhabitants.Based on the appearance of finger-nail symptoms and thechanges of blood prothrombin time and distribution of Se in blood,a critical bloodSe level of 0.9-1.02μg/ml was detected of which the corresponding daily Seinttake range was calculated as 750-850μg by the use of regression equation obta-ined.As safety factors of1.3 and 2.0 were applied,a safe maximum daily Seintake 550μg/day was obtained for those living in the seleniferous area and400μg/day for those outside the seleniferous area.
