摘要
为了在启闭闸门容量的设计中,正确选择止水橡皮的摩擦系数,进行了30多种不同材质、不同截面的止水橡皮在不同介质中,对不锈钢和A3钢的模拟摩擦测试,得出了其摩擦特性:摩擦的磨合过程;摩擦的软化效应;动摩擦与静摩擦的关系;摩擦系数随正压力的变化;摩擦系数随速度的变化;水介质对摩擦的作用;摩擦的时间效应。
The stainless steel and A3 steel simulation friction measurements of over 30 alternatives of different material and seetion seal rubbers in different mediums for correctly selection of the friction coefficient of sealant rubber in design of gate lifting capacity have been tested. The friction characters of rubing process,softening effect, relation of dynamic and static friction, change of friction coefficient as normal pressure varying, function of water medium to friction and friction time effect have also been obtained.
