摘要
本文针对目前各种制订发电机组检修计划方法的缺点,提出了一种新的方法。并将该方法推广到制订辐射形互联系统机组的检修计划,还制订了孤立IEEE-RTS系统、两互联IEEE-RTS系统以及华中电网四省互联系统的机组检修计划,其结果是令人满意的。
In this paper, a new method of generating unit maintenance scheduling is presented, which is based on Gram-Charlier expansion. By this method, there is no need for computing ELCC, as other methods do. The proposed method directly combines the calculation of reliability index LOLP with the unit maintenance scheduling, because the calculation of LOLP is very simple and fast,and gives correct result by Gram-Charlier expansion if properly used. The method has been applied to single IEEE-RTS, two interconnected IEEE-RTS and Central China's Power System. The given results are satisfactory. The proposed method may find its wide applications in China, for the generating unit in China's power systems is small in size, large in both number and FOR.
