摘要
采用氰化、渗硼复合工艺处理的钢板压弯模具其表面有一层白亮的Fe2B,次表层有近1mm厚的高C、N区,淬火回火后形成回火马氏体,与C、N、B三元共渗的情况有很大差别;模具表层的硬度梯度平缓,由表面到基体,硬度连续变化,有更强的抗表面硬化层剥落的效果。使用结果表明,采用该工艺处理后的模具,使用寿命可提高近20倍。
There is a white bright layer Fe2B on the steel plate bending die surface after treatment by compound technology of cyaniding and boronigation. The layer next to the surface is a highcarbon and nitrogen region about 1mm thick. After quenching and annealing,the layer is converted toamealed martensite,greatly diffevent from that of C, N,B three element joint alloying treatment. Thesurface layer of the die possesses the features of gentle hardness grade,continuous change of hardnessfrom surface to core and stronger anti-flaking effect. The sevvice life of the die treated with the above mentioned compound technology may be raised to 20 times of that of original die.
