摘要
本文描述了电弧等离子体射流光谱信号自动化CCD测量系统,介绍了自行研制的诊断软件包的功能。我们采用的CCD测量系统,数据采集和处理由PC机实施,其测量速度达到毫秒级,、波长分辨率为0.01nm,一次测量光谱范围为22.0nm。利用该系统对纯氩和氩、氮混合电弧等离子体射流进行了测量,获得了射流的原子和分子光谱谱图。
This paper presents an automatic measuring system on spectral signals by means of CCD(charge coupled device)for arc plasmajet and the function of diagnosticcode which is developed by ourselves.The data is acquired and processed by means of personal computer.Theresponse period of once measurement is several ms.for the system with the wave length resolution of 0 .01 and once measuring specral range of 22.0nm.The system has been used todiagnose argon and argon & nitrogenmixed are plasma jet,and good atomic & molecular spectrograms of the jet have been obtained.
