摘要 提出了以主控制器为程序控制变增益PID控制律的串级控制系统方案.系统的副回路用于克服加热电网电压的波动,程序控制变增益PID控制律用于解决系统严重的非线性问题。仿真和部分实际应用表明,该温度控制系统效果良好。 In the system of boiling peudeplanic fluid flow, the tempetature of fluid in heating Pipe is required to keep Steady. The object to be controlled in temperature is not only disturbed by frequently outside measurable factors, but is also seriously nonlinear. According to the teachnical requirements and characters of the controlled object, a Cascade control scheme with a programmed control gum PID regulahon is proposed.The secondery loop is maily used to suppress the pulsation of electric network, and the Programmed control gain PID regulation is supplied to resolve the problem of nonlinboty. Tee system pethems well in computer simulation and Practical application. It can be extendal to some other similar systems too.
