高原实验家兔骨髓血窦的体视学研究 被引量:1

STEREOLOGICAL STUDY ON THE BONE MARROW'S SINUSOIDS OF THE EXPERIMENTAL RABBITS AT PLATEAU

摘要 本文应用体视学方法,对平原及移居到高原(3900m)的不同时期的实验家兔骨髓血窦的研究发现,高原实验第一、三、八周组家兔骨髓血窦数密度及长度密度均有增加。第一、三周组家兔血窦的体积密度增加,面积密度降低,与平原对照组相比,P<0.01。表明:在高寒缺氧的环境下,在急性和亚急性缺氧期,实验组骨髓窦体积增大,长度增加,血窦扩张充血明显;在慢性缺氧期,血窦外形迂曲不均,分枝增加,有新生血窦出现,上述骨髓血窦的变化。 The paper studied by means of the stereological method through study of the bone marrow's sinusoids(BMS) of the experimental rabbits which live on the plain and migrantes to the plateau(3.900m) in different periods.The result showed that the numerical and length density of the BMS of plateau groups were higher than the plain-control group at the first week,the third week and the eighth week;The volume density of the BMS of plateau groups were higher and the surface density were lower at the first weed and the third week; which had the statistically remarkable(P<0.01).Tese results indicate under the plateau hypoxia circumstance,the BMS show evident angiectasis and hyperemia and the volume and length of the BMS are higher in acute and subacute periods.In the chronic hypoxia period BMS appear to be turned tortuous and to be increased the new growth and branch of the BMS.We suggest that all changes are one of the main effects of the bone marrow tissue for hypoxia.
