摘要
本文介绍柴油机的Si3N4陶瓷复合挺柱的研制工作,包括挺柱的设计、陶瓷与金属的连接技术及磨损试验的结果。试验结果表明,采用陶瓷复合挺柱后,不仅挺柱本身的磨损量大为下降,与其配对的凸轮的磨损也下降了三分之二。
This paper describes the development of Si3N4 ceramic composite tappet in diesel engine, includes the design of the tappet,joining technology of ceramic with metal and results of wearing test.The results of the test show that by using ceramic composite tappet,the wear of the tappet can remarkably be reduced and the wear of matching cam can also be recuced by two thirds.
