摘要
分析了测量脉冲电流时RogowskiCoil的工作原理,研究了其电气参数和几何参数的计算。在测量高频电流时线圈与屏蔽盒之间的杂散电容对上升时间有较大的影响。建立了线圈的分布参数模型,并用EMTP软件计算方波响应曲线和上升时间。通过计算和实验发现在绕组和屏蔽盒之间并联电阻能有效地减小或消除振荡。建立了并联消振电阻后的分布参数模型,并用状态方程法计算了方波响应曲线和上升时间。编制的RogowskiCoil的计算机辅助设计(CAD)软件包,可以设计dI/dt线圈、I线圈,并且可绘出误差曲线、方波响应曲线和各零件的工程图以及RogowskiCoil的装配图、原理图。
The principle of Rogowski coils for measuring pulse current and the relation between electric and geometric parameters of the coils have been analyzed. It has been revealedthat the stray capacitance between coil and shield case has large effect on the rise time of thecoil. A distribution parameter model of the coil has been set up. The square wave responseand the rise time of the coil have been calculated using EMTP software package. After calculating and conducting experiments, it has been evolved that the resistors in parallel betweenthe coil and shield case can reduce or even eliminate the parasitic oscillation. The distributionparameter model of the coil with oscillation eliminated resistors has been established, and thesquare wave response and rise time have been calculated with state equations. A CAD software package has been worked out for analysis and design of Rogowski coils. By means of thesoftware, dI/dt coils and I coils can be designed, the error curve,square wave response,theplots for parts and assembly of Rogowski coil,and the principle diagram of the coil can bedrawn.
